The Fire Island Association represents the interests of all 17 communities, 4000 homes, and dozens of businesses on Fire Island. As a steward of this resource, FIA takes very seriously its obligation to weigh the consequences of many issues and activities on the Island and how they might impact the future of Fire Island as a whole and its enjoyment by future generations.
