The Cherry Grove Community Association, Inc. is the community's only organization devoted to serving the needs of a visiting public and a membership comprised of property owners, seasonal renters and businesses. Its purpose is to take a leadership role in activities that benefit all residents and businesses of Cherry Grove, as well as to serve as a unifying force for all community-based organizations devoted to meeting the cultural, civic, environmental, commercial and artistic needs of Cherry Grove.
Corneille Estates Homeowners Association collects annual dues, which goes toward funding our beach security, membership in Island wide organizations, and the upkeep of our community. Every one of us benefit by being an organized community when dealing with the Town, National Park Service, and other monitoring agencies. Corneille Estates is just 2 blocks long and located west of Ocean Beach. Residents have easy access to the downtown Ocean Beach scene just a short stroll or bicycle ride away. The compact community is accessible by winding boardwalks and defined by lush wooded areas that provide shade from the summer sun. The Island's only school is located here.
The Davis Park Association represents the interests of Davis Park / Ocean Ridge homeowners and residents and sponsors a variety of social and civic events. Volunteers attend meetings at many government levels so that a Davis Park voice is heard. Dunewood, Fire island is a small family-friendly community made up of about 100 homes. Dunewood is east of Fair Harbor and west of Lonelyville. This sleepy beach town is preserved by its lack of restaurants, bars, and stores. The Dunewood Yacht Club offers sailing lessons and sponsors many well-known sailing regattas. Tennis is a religion here. Ferries are from Bay Shore.

The Fire Island Association represents the interests of all 17 communities, 4000 homes, and dozens of businesses on Fire Island. As a steward of this resource, FIA takes very seriously its obligation to weigh the consequences of many issues and activities on the Island and how they might impact the future of Fire Island as a whole and its enjoyment by future generations.
The Fire Island Lighthouse is a rich example of Nautical history and is open year round. A trip to the lighthouse, its Keeper’s Quarters and exhibit center will give you a unique opportunity to experience this history. You can also explore the nature trails, the bay and ocean that surround the Fire Island Lighthouse.
The Fire Island Pines Chamber of Commerce is a group of over 30 local businesses. Incorporated in 2002 with a common goal of fostering progress and enhancing our community. The members support the community and provide a variety of essential community services.
FIPPOA’s mission is to: enhance the quality of life in our community through management of common areas; partner on behalf of the community’s mutual interests and common concerns with local, town, county, state and federal entities and governing bodies; support initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents; and invest in capital improvements that benefit the greater good.

Nearly all of the Kismet Community Association's annual dues go to trash collection and cleanup of public areas. The KCA has led the community’s effort to put in new sidewalks, tennis and basketball courts, playground equipment, the dockside police facility and protecting the dunes. Many of these services have been funded partially by KCA funds, highly leveraged through setting up special tax districts and obtaining matching municipal grants.

The Association, through its unpaid, elected Board and officers, is the community's primary liaison with Suffolk County, The Town of Brookhaven, The Fire Island Association, and the FIMI Beach Project entities. Other services, ranging from OBP's street lights to the Assistance Cart, walkway plantings, Ferry Dock and Bayview security cameras, and public water fountain are all fully paid for by the Association.
The Ocean Beach Association is a non-partisan education and civic organization. The Ocean Beach Association promotes the welfare of Ocean Beach and strives to improve the conditions in our village for over 50 years. We bring you news and information about Trustee meetings, public hearings, pending legislation, elections and the doings of Fire Island. We create the Ocean Beach Directory, sponsor the Chill-Out, and welcome new homeowners. Our goals and concerns deal with issues within our community, our Village and Fire Island.

The Ocean Beach Community Fund is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. It was founded in 1979 to raise money and do volunteer projects to further the cultural, recreational, environmental and beautification needs of Ocean Beach and its neighboring communities.

Saltaire Citizens Association (SCA) has a mission: to enrich the life and improve the welfare of the Saltaire community by sponsoring cultural, recreational and educational activities for residents of all ages, funding endeavors that benefit the community and fostering resident awareness of and participation in civic affairs.
The Saltaire Yacht Club is a membership organization open to homeowners and renters who reside in Saltaire. Activities include Restaurant dining, Sailing, and Tennis. The Club cooperates with the Village in many activities including weekly movie night, yoga, camp back up on rainy days and hosting the annual Labor Day show. Most activities of the Yacht Club are private and open to members only.
