Corneille Estates Homeowners Association collects annual dues, which goes toward funding our beach security, membership in Island wide organizations, and the upkeep of our community. Every one of us benefit by being an organized community when dealing with the Town, National Park Service, and other monitoring agencies. Corneille Estates is just 2 blocks long and located west of Ocean Beach. Residents have easy access to the downtown Ocean Beach scene just a short stroll or bicycle ride away. The compact community is accessible by winding boardwalks and defined by lush wooded areas that provide shade from the summer sun. The Island's only school is located here.
